Felt that Turbotax software had drop in quality; I am a user for more than 20yrs and recent 2 yrs I had a few glitches ... ex., saved my file this year and it came off standard (only 2024 record) title, instead of year+ name format.

The state (South Carolina) did not show the credits until later.
Trying to get thru thru the additional information was bad as it kept repeating the request for this information.

TT is OK

Every time I start TT it has to update, that's OK. But it changes my tax forms to where i have to adjust from new errors found. Also the foreign tax is very confusing, every year it is a rediscover the wheel thing.

Still Trusting TurboTax with my Annual Tax Returns

In have been using TT for many years and have had no issues. This year was a little different because I received tax documents after I had already filed, and my return accepted. It was not that easy for me to find where to go in TT to amend and file my return. Please make this a little easier to find. After actually getting there, the step by step procedure was great.
