Pretty good

It was pretty good. Easy. However, I was surprised by a "premium" $45 fee for e-filing. I understood that I would have a $25 fee for state e-filing. I did not want "premium" service.

High Refund processing fee when file state return

TuboTax should make it clear with bold letters that it will cost high processing fee if using refund to pay the state filing fee.

Free filing did not work

There was supposed to have been one free state filing, however at the end the software would not recognize it and charged me $25.

It was great up until I had to enter the expiration date of my credit card and there was no choice for the expiration month of my credit card. Saved me $25 and cost Intuit $25. Maybe I missed it, but I scanned the list twice and there was no "01" for month.
