Misleading

I would usually give a glowing review. We don't file state taxes and even though I went through the entire processing saying we would not file state taxes at the end it had the box checked that we were going to e-file state taxes and it was going to charge a $40 fee. I had to go back and dig and try and find out why this fee was being charged. If you didn't pay to file state and go through the entire process saying you aren't going to file state you shouldn't even have that option at the end. I am sure a lot of people just pay it not knowing what the heck is going on.

Some explanations still dicey.
Accepted my charge card for state filing, then said forms not ready, so didn't send it. Gave me option to be notified when state forms ready, but intuit form that asked for my email address got error upon entry:
"Unable to load messageid No forms or products have been specified. Please close the window and try again. for en_US"
Pretty incompetent error to not catch in testing.

been using Turbo Tax for 30+ years and have had zero issues. I've made mistakes which rejects my return. I geta message alerting me of the issue. corrected the issue after 3rd try, my fault, then it was immediately accepted. Highly recommended.
