Love Turbo Tax Every Year

I love Turbo Taxes, and have been using it for the past 20 years!! I find it to be easy and understandable. I did try to use the help/support - I got stuck on one issue regarding a credit. I didn't get the help I needed, but I eventually figured out what I needed.

I have been using Turbo Tax for filing my taxes since 1999. I also have used the electronic filing option since it seems to be most efficient and convenient, also provides a confirmation that my filing was received

I had to contact customer support to figure out how to change option to allow me to print my state return to mail in.
only options available were to e-file now or e-file later.
