Federal and State preparation was simple and easy, however, was unable to get State file payment completed. After talking with Agent I paid by phone and completed the filing. (note the problem has been the same for the past few years.

Turbo Tax is great!

I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe every year since 2004. The program, it's guidance and protections are just excellent. Filing online along with TxT, eMail feedback on status, and direct deposit of refunds are icing on the cake.

Printing problems

Everything worked well, much like it usually does, except for printing.
The pop up box said that preparing the forms for printing would take 2-3 minutes and it did spin for about that much time but never printed. I clicked again, it spun for a few seconds but still did not print. I continued to the final opportunity to print and it spun again for a few seconds after clicking the print button but still did not print. I still have no printed forms.

Make your forms fit clergy needs with housing allo

I was audited by the state of Montana for my 2023 taxes because Turbo Tax did not transmit to the state that my numbers reflected my housing allowance as an ordained minister. There are a lot of us. Please fix the forms to accommodate clergy and our needs.

It gets more complicated each uyear because the the swamp, but Turbo Tax guides me through it all beautifully.
