At times I found your terminology hard to understand due to the context of the subject matter. The terminology may be clear to an experienced "tax" person but not necessarily to the once-a-year user.

LOVE WORKING WITH TURBO TAX

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. PAID FOR AND USED THE TAX EXPERT FEATURE AND THEY SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT AND THEY HELPED ME RESOLVE MY ISSUES. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT TWICE THE SCREN SHARING FEATURE WOULDN'T WORK AFTER WORKING SFINE THE FIRST FOUR TIMES HAD TO USE IT.
