Turbotax is the best product out there

I have used turbotax for many years and have been very satisfied. They seem to have all the forms I need (where other competitor's software often had missing forms). Seems to run well on my older computer. Took me about 2 hours to complete taxes. You don't need a tax accountant unless you have a very complex tax situation. Message to Intuit: Please keep this software product each year from being too resource-dependent on my computer so I don't need to buy a new computer just to do taxes each year.

TT is still quite good

Simple to use. Easy to file. Had an error filing this year, but with the help of TT personnel determined it had to do with using a VPN while filing, or updating NY tax forms. Turned off my VPN, reupdated, and it worked fine.

Great tax forms to use, but was unable to correct a number on line 11 of 1040 and had to reopen and completely redo the taxes.

Mostly helpful. There is a lot of "technical" terms that the average person may not understand, Contrasting colors are a bad combination. Yellow on White can be hard to see. I often had to search or click around to find where to enter information

I've used Turbotax for over 20 yr. In never any problem with software. A couple issue in pass but they were there to help walk me thru. In end all was OK
