Almost unuseable

BARELY USEABLE. TOO MUCH UNNECESSARY CLICKING by far. Confusing and I have use TurboTax or another tax preparation software for more than 30 years

Turbo tax serves the purpose

The new form of not having a disc for the Turbo product was some what confusing. Entering some data was confusing. I am 89 yr old. That could be part of the problem.

Time consuming problems with printing and e-filing

I had many time consuming problems with printing and e-filing. State tax forms assumed i would know answers to questions, unlike Federal forms that lead me through all the questions. I couldn't e-file New Mexico and got the note from Turbo saying there was a problem so mail return. New Mexico needed two PDFs attached and required e-filing. I've just mailed with copies of the PDFs and hope it is accepted. I've never had these problems with Turbo before.

RMD Field show never be greater than reported amount. Currently if you enter an amount greater than reported amount it adds it to reported income. The "Continue button is not always on screen and you have to roll down most of the time. I am filing electronically and instructions are for manual mailing in return. On this form you reject nickname because someone else is using it. I don't understand why

amendment process is a little hard to follow. I am not sure why I need to amend the state tax when the only change was a federal withholding on a 1099-R form

Needs work

As usual I liked it. For newcomers and a little bit for myself I think something should be changed. For example, I did an initial startup of a tax return, entering all my info, then transferred last years return and exited out. When returning, the most prominent thing on the page is a big blue button saying BEGIN. When you click on this it starts a new return. For newbies its confusing. On this page I think there should be a red tab with the return(s) that are saved and waiting for completion. Thanks
