had real problems my first run thru turbotax 2025. the assistant who helped me was great, very patient, eager to help. but i wound up ditching my first run and had more normal experience the second time around w turbotax 2025

i have used turbo tax for years for now and find extremely helpful and easy to use. i would not think of using anything else even though some are posted as free apps. i just trust Turbo Tax

It is so easy to file! I arrived home from work at 5:00pm and I started to file our 2024 taxes and I was completely done and e-filed by 6:22pm! I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and each year it gets easier and easier! It brings up all of our information from 2023 and it automatically brings up my W-2 Employer's information and shows me how much we claimed in 2023. I love it!! Thank you!

Easy to use for a first timer! I was nervous to do my own taxes after having an accountant for them for years. TurboTax is slick and easy to use. It walked me through everything in easy step-by-step directions.

Love this software! It makes doing taxes so much easier and the double checking to ensure that everything is correct always puts me at ease. Plus, efiling is a super feature too. I've been using Turbo Tax software for years and to date, never had an issue with it.
