Getting more greedy every year

We were fine until filing. I was not given the option of filing my state taxes by mail. I was pushed repeatedly into e-filing at a cost of $20 (a discount!). Greedy, greedy, greedy.

The disc was MUCH better!!

It was a MUCH BETTER program on a disk.
Online, there are many twists and turns that are new and difficult to negotiate.
Wants me to pay via Credit Card AFTER I have authorized payment via my bank!!!!

Computer Problems after Installing Turbo Tax!

3n years in a row, I have had issues with my computer after installing Turbo Tax. DNS server Issues, Issues connecting to websites, Issues with updating Turbo Tax and other software. Happens only after installing Turbo Tax.

Good and Bad

The data entry was easy enough and importing from banking institutions was great but I was disappointed that I couldn't access state forms at all. I had a credit that only applied to the state but wasn't able to access one to add to the filing or correct my final tax outcome so now the state will have to be done manually and mailed in. I feel like I was shorted by the product.
