It charged me twice for the State return: once to complete it and the second time to file. I paid over $30 additional on my Deluxe and another $26 to file, which made me create an Intuit account.

Disc options better for older folks

It was easier than I thought, but I still like the disc format
not everyone uses download option and it would be nice to still be able to get for older folks that aren't computer savvy

I only got frustrated with the Federal information when asked to enter my state ID from box 15a on the 1099-R form. There is no 15a box on the form. I finally figured it out and inserted ME for Maine.

Turbo Tax Printer Problems

I have been using turbo tax deluxe for years and have enjoyed using the product. This year, however, I felt the program a little more cumbersome. I particularly disliked not being able to print copies of my return as I went along.
