Installation was a bit confusing. Getting answers to questions was difficult, if not impossible. The "help" sections were less than useless and simply ran me around in circles without getting to the help I needed.

Ease of use. Great to load all common information from last year. Pretty good on importing tax documents but does require some missed entry editing to complete

I will probably look for another tax program for the future. TT is getting too user UNfriendly. Isn't there a simpler version for those of us who have pretty simple taxes but would still like to e-file?

Turbo Tax 2024 was a disappointment

This was the first year Turbo Tax did not have a CD to install. I had multiple problems getting the 2024 Turbo Tax to work. I have been using Turbo Tax in excess of 15 years and have never had any issues. This year's Turbo Tax was problematic. The program failed to import my 2023 tax information. It also failed to import my W2 information. To say the least I was very disappointed.
