Turbo Tax is tedious and frustrating

I have done taxes professionally for 3 decades using the Lacerte software from Intuit. I'm volunteering now with the VITA program that does free returns for low income payers using a program called Tax Slayer. In comparison to this software, I find Turbo Tax very cumbersome and "clunky" and frustrating. There is no easy way to just drop into a section- like the expense detail on a Schedule C- to check or update a single number. You have to go through a long series of screens, and in many of them, information that was entered previously has vanished and needs to be entered again. It makes using the software very tedious.

Bring back TT CD version

BRING BACK THE CD!! And don't make people pay extra for it!! I am 74 yo(F) and found the download directions and process very hard to navigate. Tiffany was wonderful, very knowledgeable, courteous, and had me up and running in less than 30 minutes. She was also able to provide an answer for a question about one of the items I had problems with. She was absolutely a pleasure to interact with.
