2024 Tax Year Turbo Tax Home Deluxe Glitches

I am a long-time Turbo Tax user -- Home & Business, and before retiring, Business version (for corporations). Turbo Tax Home Deluxe for T.Y. 2024 has 2 glitches. 1.) For some reason, the program skipped over the section that asks if we have Identity Protection PINS (the 6-digit PINs issued annually from the IRS). Fortunately, I knew from previous experience that this info needed to be entered for e-filing, so before I filed, I searched through the forms for the entry point. Not entering this info would have caused my return to be rejected! 2.) This year, the program automatically assumed that our income is the same every quarter and calculated required quarterly withholding amounts for 2024. But our income varies greatly during the year. So when I entered our Form 1040-ES estimated quarterly payments, the program generated a $5 penalty for our underpayment. (But our estimated payments were within the required minimum amounts!) Fortunately, I always read our returns before filing and spotted this glitch. I had to MANUALLY correct Form 2210> Part 1> Line 9> Check "Yes"; and Part 2> Line C> Check "Income Varied>". I closed Form 2210 without filling in Part 3, for fear I would not do it correctly. I went back to the Guided entry to the section that deals with Form 2210 and (fortunately) the program opened the dialog to re-enter our estimated quarterly payments. The $5 penalty was gone. $5 is a small amount, but it tells the IRS that you did something wrong and past experience told me to fix the glitch.
On a separate note, this year's program installation was VERY slow, to the point of aggravation and I noticed it ran slow once it opened. So deleted and reinstalled it. Not much better, but after several routine updates, it seemed to run a little smoother. The interface also seemed different when clicking on a topic and entering information -- not as "intuit"ive as previous years.

Glitch in Desktop software 1099 downloads

My version of TT Deluxe would NOT download brokerage information from Schwab for multiple accounts. It would only save one account, and would overwrite downloaded info with another account info when I tried to repeatedly get Schwab tax info. Had to enter several accounts info manually. NOT why I purchased TT for!!!!!!
How about a refund?????
