Use to pay an accountant, not any more

It is easy to use, intuitive and user friendly. I used to use an accountant but tried TurboTax a few years ago and haven't looked back.

Not as good as it used to be

The software has become much more cumbersome than in the past in terms of reporting Income.. It used to be so simple, but not so much now

No State mail in help.

TT is an old friend.

We use TurboTax ever year. Make sure you have all your paperwork before stating TurboTax. We like completing our Tax in March
