What happened to Turbo Tax Software?

I used to love TurboTax. This year it was a nightmare. Having the Enter button below the visible screen and having to scroll down to click every "continue" gets very old; Losing and having to re-enter most of my forms; Completing my forms and not being able to file them because I ended up in a "Continue, Save, and Repeat loop. What happened to your programing people. And what's with the "Update" before every return to the progam? This should have been months ago.
