I have done my taxes and other family member's taxes for them for many years. Each year I faithfully rely on Turbo Tax to assist me in completing our taxes. My questions are answered online when I run into any challenges. I can complete them at different stages, in my home, and at my own pace. It is never a dreaded experience! Thank you, Turbo Tax, for remaining a constant in our lives.

Unable to complete State returns, missing forms

Paid for Turbo Tax Deluxe with State. Federal Tax return asked all the right questions and was helpful. The State process however, was incomplete. I had to manually file online via the state site. I needed two forms for electric car purchases and it would only allow me one form. No way to complete the state return with Turbo Tax.
