turbotax REMOVED mailing instructions

I have been using turbo tax for 6 years now and this year will be the last. Removing mailing instructions to force people to use e-file is a terrible way to make money. I hope you will add it back next year.

TurboTax is wonderful - Need to enter IP PIN

I have been filing my taxes through TurboTax for the past 5-6 years. The program guides me through every step and checks for accuracy as I navigate through. It is accurate and easy to file both Federal and State Tax returns.
ONE THING MISSING/NEEDED IS ...IRS provides an Identity Protection PIN (IP PIN). The program/software does not allow putting the IP PIN. Without the IP PIN, IRS rejects the Tax Return. Last year I had to refile my tax return. So TurboTax make provision to enter the IP PIN. This is the drawback of TurboTax.
FIX THIS IP PIN ISSUE please.

Turbo Tax is very "End User" friendly!!

I have been using Turbo Tax for approximately 30 years!! One of these days I will clean out all of the CD cases and cardboard sleeves from my file cabinet.....Great Software.

Format issue with efile payment

Encountered an issue with paying state efile (using credit card).The entire document wasn't displayed thus unable to click "continue" to complete the payment process. I had to use tab button to get to "continue" (guessing how many clicks to get to the right spot). Poor formatting, please fix!

TurboTax is user-friendlier than ever. Thanks from a guy who first became acquainted with it in the FSU accounting BS program circa 1990. That is about all they taught me about taxes: "Use TurboTax." So, I went back to practicing medicine.
