Like Turbo Tax

Fairly easy to use for the federal tax filing. State preparation was little more challenging when it required excluding certain income items (i.e. pension) that was exempt for state.

Issues with download.

We have used Turbo tax for years and this year was very frustrating. After downloading the program, the program would not start up. We kept receiving an error message that would not open up the program. My husband spent serval hours on google trying to figure out the problem. He ended up having to download mircosoft C+ for the program to run correctly which is ridiculous. Turbo tax always ran before without downloading another program. We prefer the disk over the download.

Turbox Tax is easy even for a non tax accountant

This is the easiest tax product I have ever used. Last year I used a well known online tax preperation and it was a little confusing. This was so easy that I almost couldn't believe I was doing my own taxes. When I was working, used a tax preparer and this was as easy as that. Since I retired I have no need of a tax service and this made me feel like I was able to do it myself. Thank you for easy of use and easy to follow instructions.
