Turbo tax is good

Turbo tax was good this year, but I did not want to E-File City taxes now because i had a tax due. I'll pay within next 30 days. But it seemed to have stuck at that point.

The Turbo Tax Deluxe program was very easy to use. It guides you through every step of preparing and filing the tax return. As a retired IRS professional, I am very familiar with the tax preparation and filing process, and this was very efficient and thorough. Taxpayers with different levels of tax knowledge can navigate Turbo Tax with ease.

TurboTax walks me through my return comfortably

TurboTax makes completing and filing my Federal Tax return very easy. My only difficulty each year, TurboTax does not just ask me if I have an IP Pin. I must do an Internet search each time. This year help insisted on using an online assistant. I had to ask about entering an IP Pin four times before getting useful info. During the process, TurboTax should ask if I have an IP Pin.

So Easy!

I have been using it for many years. It is just a very nice, professional, easy to use, product. It walks you right through every single step, if you let it, which I recommend you do. E- file is fast and easy, walks you through how to get your refund or how to make a payment, with options on how to get paid or how would you like to pay. This years $10 credit makes it nice to e-file my state return also for just $15. E-file is fast and I get email and text message updates on when it accepted etc.
