Had trouble with understanding the new format and how the Broker Import stats flowed into the various Income formats. Sometimes I had to hunt unusually longer through the screens to get to the figures imported?!! And the Royalty screens are still confusing for me when it comes to being sure they are not reported as a business rental. Otherwise, I like TurboTax, and it beats having taxes done by someone else.

Turbo Tax is mediocre.

Turbo Tax lacks a method of enlarging the text for those with limited vision. Therefore we will not be purchasing Turbo Tax for 2025 tax year.

Charles Swab 1099 documents would not Import.

NO Stars it was a very time consuming process. Charles Swab info did not export. I was on the phone 2 1/2 hours with Edith from Intuit on Monday (3/10/25) after spending five hours by myself trying to resolve the issue on Sunday. After the fix (which seemed to be choosing a default browser) on my end, the data From CS was imported. For my frustration and wasted time, I made it clear I wanted a free 2025 TurboTax download. Edith claimed she was only able to give me 20% off 2024 TurboTax which I already own. Why Merrill Lynch and TD Ameritrade data imported without issue and Charles Swab wouldn't was never explained. Your software should work without having to adjust my security settings and load software allowing agents to see my screen. That said, I was pleased we were able to resolve the issue. I couldn't have done that without Edith. And I am glad Edith was real and not a scammer. The process was the same. Hence the No Stars rating. Not 1/5

Solid and Dependable Software

I've used Turbo Tax since 1996 and am very satisfied with the software. I wouldn't use anything else to file my federal and state tax returns.
