15+ Year user - Turbo Tax is the BEST!

I've been using Turbo tax for over 15 years. It is easy and walks you through everything. It will help to find things you may not think about. I paid a tax service one time and ended up having to pay. With Turbo Tax I always get a refund back.

With all required documents at hand, TurboTax online instructions are simple enough for my uncomplicated filing. Four years using TT software and have received refunds as calculated!

State details are bit lacking

Additional state and W2 code data needed. I found myself having to Google things that should be in the system, especially when paying extra for the state module. Example, there was a FAMLI deduction on my W2 that I had no idea about. Google thinks it's a Colorado state family medical leave, but where do I input it then? I think I was "cheated" from any discount on this, as there was no guidance.
