Make it more user friendly

Frequently found it to be less than intuitive. Found it difficult to import prior year's data. Have been using Turbo Tax for many years, and it seems to be becoming increasingly less user friendly.

Retired Military and Future Issues

Doesn't offer help on reducing tax burden in future years. Unclear about retired military issues. Doesn't sync with Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union.

Intuitive, logical, using last year's data very helpful, good summation at the end of each section. Definition of terms for state return and where to locate/calculate could be improved.

Turbo Tax is Great!

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years and have not had any issues thus far with my filing. I've been very pleased with the ease of using the service & would recommend turbo tax to anyone who needs an excellent & proven product for doing their taxes.
