System easy to follow, has all applicable areas to guide an individual through the entire process. We have been using your system for more years than I can count without any issues or audits from state or federal. I would highly recommend your product to any individual to safe money versus tax preparers.

Found this year form confusing with the boxes for interest and dividends listing what one entered 'sometimes in duplicate" and some boxes blank. How one handles money withdrawn from an IRA in addition to the RMD gave choices: another retirement account or other. Put Roth conversion amount in "other" although it is deposited in a Roth IRA. Regular payments from "qualified pension plans" identified as such yet questioned about RMDs..??

No print forms option and hidden costs to e-file

I didn't expect to have to file a state return this year so I purchased a Federal only desktop download. When I realized I needed to file a state return it cost an additional $45 for the state download plus $20 to e-file a state return with no tax owed. Apparently there is no way to print forms to mail to the state.
