Time for some real changes

Many screens on a Mac, go bellow the accesible area. To get to the "Next" or "Cancel" button you are forced to change your resolution.
When I open Turbo Tax, I should be allowed to decide if I want to download any updates, not be forced into sitting and waiting.

misleading and cheap

You have to read the fine print to figure out e filing a state return is not included. I alternate between Tax Cut and TurboTax. I print and mail the state tax return with TurboTax as the $20.00 fee is ridiculous.

the process went very smoothly, until the end and then I was confused by the charge of $40 to file federal return. Called customer support and they were great and explained everything.
