I love TurboTax and have used it for many years. This year, I opted to buy the "download only" since it was less expensive than the 100% online version. I found it to be glitchy and hesitant in some areas and my computer froze more than once. Not sure I could recommend this product in good conscience. (The computer I downloaded the software program to is barely used and has minimal programs on it, so it's not a computer issue).

Great program. Easy to use and accurate. Help screens not always that informative. I always need to run this program as an administrator on my PCs compared to other programs. Not sure why.
