Turbo Tax makes it very easy to file one's income tax. The guide option asks you pertinent questions. All you need is to have your files in order.

Pretty easy. Only problem is I want to mail my return. You charge $40 to deposit my refund. No interested. Ridiculous. I want to mail it. The state printout says I filed with turbo tax but it appears that I don't know what to do.

State return problem

We are retired and the software kept demanding we enter information related to business expenses, which we were not claiming. Would not transmit state return until we entered retired on every line.
