TurboTax is quick and easy

After years of using TurboTax, this year seemed to be the fastest I've done my taxes; In just a few hours, completed Federal and 2 state tax returns e-filed.

Assistant was beyond amazing!

To do myself, I have made several mistakes, but when I called an assistant, she helped me out over 2 hours finding my issues one by one, and fixing them so I could efile on the day! I could not believe it! I am so grateful she never gave up on me!!

Printing tax return

I am not able to print my tax returns, I needed it right away to upload it for a housing approval. this dumb turbo tax is wast of time, if I can't print my tax returns what is the purpose of having this software and doing tax?

used to be FIVE STARS ... not sure about download only, no CD. When this computer bites the bullet, not sure how I will access TurboTax files. FIFTH star would have been for how accustomed I became over the last twenty years of how easy it was to follow step by step path with confidence to an accurate return
