TOO MANY FEES

I brought the downloadable software and you all still charged me a fee. This was just out right ridiculous!!! $40.00 fee to e-file and $25 for state and the software I brought was supposed to handle that. This is false advertisement.

Use to pay a tax filer.....would spend days compiling all the info, then pay them to punch in the numbers....looking back that was boneheaded. Now I do the same thing, only in the digital world with last year as the template, in hours, not days, for fraction of the cost and coordination with a tax filer. Turbo makes it super easy, and provides guidance along the way. Crazy simple, even when your taxes are hard & goofy.

Entering interest and dividend data

Previous Turbo Tax user and don't like the changes you made to enter interest and dividend data. It is time consuming if you have a significant number of 1099's to enter. Prior years formats were much more efficient.
