Danielle at Turbo Tax is awesome.

Worked with Danielle on the phone during problems with the Premier version of TurboTax. Danielle spent a lot of time trying to work around the glitch and eventually got me on to Turbo Tax Desk Top and that was the best remedy to my issue. Thank you Danielle.

Difficulty in downloading INT and DIV information

Downloading INT and DIV information used to be so easy - until this tax year. It has become so complicated. Get rid of the little rectangular boxes - they are confusing. Simply allow for a single download and after downloading allow each rectangular box to specify what account you are viewing. I had to call tech support twice to help with the confusion.
