Great product, except for a minor detail...

TurboTax has been helping with my tax preparation for several decades. This year was a bit different, as I could not import last years return (PDF format) like I do every year. Other than that, TurboTax rocks!

Easy to use and accurate. However, please pay more attention on the tax calculation if you have RSU or you may be charged twice.

A lot of loops, a lot of manual entries, smart check does not work. It is worse than an excel file

Very confusing

It is very confusion that there are two versions : desktop. and online. The Turbox tax didn't ask me to enter IP PIN so that IRS won't accept my return a few times.
