Okay IF You Know What To Do

Good tax preparation process especially having used Turbo Tax last year. Like the year to year comparisons. Had problems getting my W2 form accepted by Turbo Tax. I was required to enter information not on my W2 before Turbo Tax would accept it. Same W2 that I have always entered with no problems or questions in previous years.
I do not like the lack of what forms and attachments are required to file when not using the e-file process. Also not easy to print out forms to file by mail. Pretty much left on your own

2024 TurboTax is not so good

I don't like the new format for entering dividends and interest. The old format was more understandable. Your handling of RMDs is horrible and confusing. I may just skip TurboTax in the future.

Turbo-Tax is excellent for most returns

It's a little weak in handling K-1/K-3 on the Deluxe version. To make this easier, I cashed out thei nvestment so nothing now generates K-1's.

Unacceptable that the Print function does not work

The print function does not work in the 2024 version for MAC. There are numerous customer complaints on this issue starting in January. Customers are relaying the lack of help from Intuit customer service and follow-up. Its incredible that this software has such a basic and glaring problem and that leadership at Intuit has totally checked out.
