Love the software if all is simple and e-file is accepted. However, if it is rejected, they do not make it to where you can go in and put in a Pin after first entering such information.

Terrible Did not know needed to restart computer

it got hung up as I had finished it but could not send the documents. Took about 3 wasted hours fix it. Finally called and he fixed it. The disk in the past was flawless. after using turbo tax for 25 years, downloading turbo tax to the computer was terrible and took very long to download and set it up to use. Worst experience I have had.
