Turbotax issue with reviewing and printing return.

Turbotax would not open for review or print returns for my own records. All updates were complete on both my computer and in Turbotax. All I could get were the spinning wheel for a few seconds before a tone and no further info. I had to find a workaround to get my tax return to save. Very inconvenient. Apparently many other users had the same problem. Otherwise, the app worked fairly well.

TurboTax does a good job

TurboTax is easy to use and helps me with my personal taxes.
2 suggestions:
a) The field to register the product key does not allow data to be pasted into it. You have to type a 16-digit number manually. This is rather error-prone.
b) It would be helpful to have an option to print the page which says you've filed your taxes and gives you the transmission confirmation. I couldn't find any option to do this. I had to take a screen shot of the page and save it.

Turbo Tax is Money Well Spent

Overall, a decent experience with a difficult process. If I could have found the button to push to hire one of your experts while I was having trouble understanding one of the forms, I would have hired them to file the state tax. But I finally got a clean review from the software, so I let it ride.

Intuit should not charge for filing electronically with the State of California. It cost you nothing and should be part of the amount for the program.
