Turbo Tax makes doing Taxes Easier

I love how I can import information from last year (saving a lot of time with personal info, etc.). All I have to do is check the information and move on. Turbo Tax also makes it easy by asking questions and then putting the info on the form. Filing and printing are also a breeze.

State Payment Info Very Misleading

The information provided during the filing process for payment of a State return was very confusing. I entered banking informaiton for a direct withdrawal and it came through as an error during the error check so I removed it paid my taxes directly with the state. When I printed my docs it showed an auto withdrawal for my taxes so now essentially I have double paid and will have to fight that out with the state which will not be easy.

Have used TurboTax Deluxe with State for years but I find more and more that you are trying to slide additional "hidden", unnoticeable or confusing charges into the final processing. That is deplorable and underhanded and beneath your company and your reputation. PLEASE STOP.
I have a pension from a state teacher's retirement plan and I have a personal 403b/IRA account. Often when you ask questions regarding these plans you use generic terms or confusing or conflicting terms as to which account you are referring to. Please clarify these questions in the future by indicating the name of the account you are asking about.
