Mediocre, worse than last year

This year was not intuitive. There were several state fields that appeared as negatives in the tax credit listing, but then did not get subtracted. It just made things... confusing. Also, the guided walk through was not great, several questions could be answered multiple ways. Lastly, the $60 for "help" just screamed, we want your money.
I typically enjoy Intuit TurboTax, this year was more frustrating than normal.

Good Experience and pretty Intuitive. I recommend that instead of using the turquois color with white font, to use a darker color so it is easier to read.

The system was easy to use and when an issue occurred an associate named Tracy was extremely helpful and fixed the problem expeditiously. Very professional and great customer service.

Ii talked with Mandep, on the west coast. He help me get around M1PR state property tax form software issue within TurboTax. And also get a refund of $25.00 for having paid for the M1PR form that wasn't submitted.

TurboTax is a worthwhile purchase

Overall, TurboTax was very easy to use. I like the you could get tax help if you wanted it. In my case, I didn't use it, because I didn't have any issues. However, it was there if I needed it and that is a good thing to have available.
