Software performance is really poor

The software is way too slow. It is slow to open and super slow to update the software. I am a software developer and your software is not very complicated. So I don't understand why the performance is so bad. Super dissappointed.

Turbo Tax Not Allowing Returns to be Printed

I've used Turbo Tax over the years and feel it has become less and less user friendly. For example, this year, the "Print Returns" button did NOT take me to a page where I could print my return. I'm using TT on a Mac and that seems to present more issues then when I used a windows computer.

Highly Recommend Turbo-Tax

We have been using Turbo Tax for many years now, and it becomes more efficient, intuitive, and easier to use each time. Last year, 2024, was complicated for us by selling a home in one state and moving to another. We had many, many charitable deductions, and the software walked us through each step seamlessly, as it did with the home sale reporting requirements. We also had to do separate state filings for partial years of residency - no problem with Turbo Tax. We often recommend Turbo Tax to friends and will continue to do so.
