Turbo Tax is going down hill

I have used turbotax for at least the last five years. This year when finishing it up I could not get it to print or save out as a PDF. How frustrating this is as turbotax has terrible support.

Your downloaded product is terrible. I've hit keys over 6 times in some cases and your application doesn't respond. Your product is less than poor, it's abysmal. You should be ashamed to work for T.T.

2024 Turbo Tax Deluxe

I am an Oregonian collecting a Federal pension for work performed prior to 1991. The portion of my pension for work prior to 1991 is not taxed by Oregon. Turbo Tax does not make that clear while plugging in the numbers. Suggest you have Turbo Tax open a separate input sheet to include hire and retire dates for Federal Pension recipients. Other than that I am satisfied with the program.
