Turbo Tax Desktop Version not Friendly

Overall is OK, however the web version online is more friendly and easy since it walks you through the entire process with a simple questions and it guides you the entire process.
Also it failed 2 times to send the electronic e files.

Can not print correctly

Forms do not print accurately using Word and I can not keep paper copies for my records. I hope that the info sent to the IRS is accurate.

I don't remember just how long I've used Turbo Tax to do my taxes, but it has been a blessing each year. You take the worries and frustrations out of the equation. It is such a simple program to use. Every year I see the question posted on Facebook; "Who does your taxes?" I always respond with Turbo Tax. "But I want a professional." I'd be curious how many professionals out there use Turbo Tax for their clients. You're a keeper in my book, thank you.
