Turbo tax is awesome! Very affordable, user friendly, and simple to understand. I value the option to let the software walk me through each category or to just enter them on my own, and I feel certain that using Turbo Tax helps me get the best refund. I have been using Turbo tax since 2015. I have done my elderly Uncles, my daughters and me and my Wifes Taxes every year. The only confusing area is on the Minnesota state tax. when it comes to filling for the property tax credit. always able to work through it. It is a great product.

I love Turbo Tax. After I completed our taxes I could not transmit. It took me only a minute to find a phone number and only a minute before an actual person answered. She explained it was because MN was not accepting income taxes at the time and to wait a couple days. So, today, 2 days later I tried again and was successful at transmitting them. Thank you!

turbo tax no CD version

would rather have a "hard copy" of the software than have to down-load software. do understand the cost associated with a "CD" but still...
at times wondered what was going on with load (not seeing any indication as to where the process was at that time.) would like to see some indication that something was working rather than wonder. I like positive indications of actions happening.
