Works up until printing forms

Entering tax information was fairly easy and straightforward. However, I cannot print ANY of the forms. Very frustrating!

Issue with amended filing

IRS Tax code was hidden and so got rejected return. After Rejected return e-filing was no longer an option. Says I didn't file with Turbotax even though all entries were in Turbotax. Not good.

I was able to complete my return in a reasonable amount of time and was able to confirm a discrepancy from the previous year using the tools on TurboTax. On thing I notice is that the program keeps asking me about filing my state returns. I would think that TurboTax would be smart enough to know that the state of Washington has no State Income Tax. :-)

Format was a little different this year and I thought harder to follow. Didn't like it that I could not get a disc and had to download files from the internet. Price seems to go up more and more each year for the same coverage.

This will be the very last year using this frustrating product. First off it took hours to finally be able tom download the state forms even though I paid for the deluxe edition with state. Then after completing the state taxes and paying $25 extra to file on line it doesn't end. In the part offering options for filing it recommends E-filing for federal returns. No problem. Next to state which is also recommended for E-filing. While Efilking of stat4e is advertised as included, there is actually a$25 fee. After selecting E-File option for state comes the "Review." :Next is the "Now We'll finish Up Your California. Return" In review of California Filinmg Info, confirmed bank routing and account numbers are correct and select consent for e-filing and continue and then nselecrting file the screen "We need a Little More Information Before You E-File. Needs information we didn't get earlier and we'll show as missing which were SSAN for both me and spouse (definitely both were entered already) last names (no way that wasn't entered) and address, also definitely entered! Entered each request, selected continue and right back where the section started. States if you don't have this information you can file the return by mail!!! The circle can only be broken by selecting to mail state return! Mailing means a stated delay of 4-6 weeks! When returning to state review it indicates,errors, select fix errors and find the exact entries entered many times. ,Making corrections for accurate entries many times, the circle continues. Of course it is suggested paying $60 extra money for review by expert. This is fraudulently way to increase revenue for Intuit. All entries are correct and re entered countless times to no avail! This has happened most years and therefore I will never use Turbo Tax again. It's a con job!
