Faster/better than manual but still frustration

Still too many cryptic questions to be answered with NO explanation or help available. It was very difficult to get back to sections that I had completed, without starting from scratch!

TurboTax is glitchy for us this year!

Problems with the state tax return not showing up and we had to exit and sign into TurboTax again for the state return to show up, From comments online, this is a recurring issue.
