Fine but watch for missed sections

I like that if used year after year when used you can import files to make the process easier. There were several issues with certain sections never presenting (such as city taxes) or not updating correctly, which if we didn't remember from previous years could have caused some serious issues. For our family to prepare and file our taxes it took about 2 hours. The hassle of certain sections not loading makes me second think about continuing to use TurboTax.

This year's Turbo Tax was very frustrating to use. I did my taxes in February but did not file. I went back to file in March and the amount owed to the fed changed from a refund of $140 to owing the fed $9700. I never changed anything-what happened? I redid the taxes and got a third amount. This may be the last year I use Turbo Tax
