I spoke with Camille regarding ticket 1541690135. The Real Estate tax could not be entered. Camille found a work around. The Real Estate Tax could be entered on the Tax & Interest Worksheet on line 2A.

I've used this for years, this year I purchased it on line and downloaded it. Never again! it has been a total nightmare, locks up and freezes , very hard to maneuver. When I print copies some of the data is missing, some of it looks like gibberish. I'll probably buy it again next year but it will be in disc form. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and still have issues

Software generally worked great! Had some confusing results regarding my RMD. After entering my 1099-R's. The program said I owed an additional $6,401 in Fed taxes and generated a Form 5329 saying I hadn't meet my RMD and was charging the penalty? Then I DELETED all of my 1099-R entries (5) and re-entered in a different order (the ones having the "IRA/SEP/SIMPLE" box) checked entered FIRST). Then, lo-and-behold it computed my REFUND correctly! This is a mystery to me why the entry order of the 1099-R mattered.

Can't Print to File by Mail

1. Everytime there is an update, I have to start at the opening screen again.
2. I cannot print my return to file by mail. Unacceptable.

Subtle glitch in reporting 1099R distribution of RMD. Do not enter numbers right of decimal point; round up or down. It was looking to compare numbers and it couldn't reconcile. I couldn't correct in the final review and had to go to the tax form to fix it.

Program failed to respond just after the part where you click to send file electronically. After going back several times it worked. The file was sent with no further issues.
