TurboTax is worthless

Electronic filing was rejected. No instructions to enter IP PIN were included. I obtained number, was instructed to open file and select FIX MY RETURN. THERE IS NO SUCH OPTION! I will file by mail and look elsewhere next year.

Turbo Tax 2021

I do enjoy the product. It is very convenient to use. I still get r option to file online when its available and to have it deposited to my account. I would like to see the day when they dont close efiling for past years because it makes the return process faster and it probably makes it more convenient for the employees.
