I have been using Turbotax for over 20 years. I love using it because it gives me confidence that my taxes are done correctly, it walks me through the process in an orderly manner, it customizes the filing experience to just what applies to me, it saves the complete set of forms, and it does all of this entirely electronically.

Excellent tax software

Very easy to use. Excellent feature to import information from outside sources. However, the process for listing donations is cumbersome. It would be helpful for the program to be able to import that information from an Excel spreadsheet.
