It charges $40 additionally for refund processing fee by deducting from the refund check. it is outrageous . It should be part of service .

Reliable product

Disappointed with Turbo Tax. Probably will look at another tax software for future years. You should not be charging an additional $25 for efile of state return. One state return is supposed to be included in the purchase of the software. Feels like a bit of a rip off.

Lost account due to computer change

The overall creation of the return was easy, but we used a different computer this year and they couldn't find our taxes from last year. Next year the person filing the return will be my spouse, not me, and the email address needs to be changed to her email

Great for Bonds

I originally thought that the 1099-B had a bug but I then realized that TT properly accounted for the Accrued market discount subtraction for the bonds so TT was correct and there is no bug.
