Forced to pay fees by return and not credit card.

Will not use turbo tax next year or any year. You force us to have the fees pulled out of the return and not paid by credit card. hat a crappy thing to do. This happened last year.

I spoke to one of your finest tax experts. I had trouble figuring out how to get my IRA contributions in the system without a 1099R. She was quick to discover that I had not checked to correct box when I first started working on my taxes several weeks ago. She was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Very easy to work with and helped me add $2,500 to my federal and state refunds. I was very pleased!!

Pretty straightforward as usual. My only annoyance (year after year) has to do with charitable contributions.
It would be enormously helpful (since this is the area of GREATEST TIME SPENT on the tax return) if a) ALL recipients from the previous year's return were listed so I don't have to enter some of them again, and, b) if the recipients were ALPHABETIZED (much easier to find and fill out).

Still NO solution for "switch user account" error

TurboTax getting more difficult to install on some laptops and they provide NO assistance. Otherwise, it works if you don't have trouble with the install. My computer gave me the "switch user account" error which they have NO solution! Aggravating
