State returns would not download. Online and phone was useless in helping. finally got live person and was able to fix situation after working about a half hour

This was an easy process from beginning to e-filing. Always saves my work so I can do this at my own pace. Having last year's info is also most helpful.

TurboTax Convert

Program was easy to download, use and submit. It did freeze on me a couple of times, but file was easily recovered and I did not lose any data. Tutorials and help boxes answered my questions, so I did not have to use online support. Assuming the e-filings go smoothly, I would definitely recommend and utilize TurboTax going forward.
