TurboTax has hidden fees

Turbotax altogether was fine, easy to use. But the hidden fee at the end was absolutely bull. Turbotax should be telling customers upfront that even if they BUY A CODE ELSEWHERE, they will still charge them... For this reason, I'm taking my return elsewhere next year...

TurboTax makes life easier. But make it available for Linux for crying out loud. The continuous attempt to sell audit services is annoying too.

My experiences with TurboTax have always been excellent, and I've been using TurboTax for nearly 3 decades. I don't need any other opinions on my taxes; they just get done correctly.

Have been using TurboTax to do my Federal and State taxes for many years. Highly recommend TurboTax. Given two opinions: step-by-step instructions or using forms. I switch between options, depending on what I'm working on. My work is checked every step of the way. TurboTax checks to be sure "every i is dotted, every t is crossed." If you do your own taxes, use TurboTax. Even if you don't, try TurboTax one year. You're probably paying a preparer to do what you could do using TurboTax.
